The Minimal Equipment program

This minimal equipment program was written with the intent for you to be able to follow if you have access to only one piece of equipment be it a dumbbell, a kettlebell, a band or medicine ball. The options and exercises within are very easy to follow along with with only one small piece of equipment. This program has also been a favourite for clients when travelling and taking only a band in their golf bag to follow along.
