The Minimal Equipment OR 101 - 202 - 303 programs
The minimal equipment program means jus that. You can follow along with one piece of equipment, be it a dumbbell, kettlebell, medicine ball or bands and is also used by lots of clients when travelling. The 101-202-303 phases of programming can be adjusted if equipment is limited and you have a small amount of experience in modifying workouts. If need be you always have access to me for support through the in app messaging feature.
