The 101 - 202 - 303 and Intermediate programs
Each of these programs assumes you have access to a full gym set up whether at home or at a commercial gym and for best results will require the use of barbells, medicine balls, kettlebells and either cable machines or bands. If you do not have access to all of this but know how to modify some of the movements within based on limitations f equipment either at home or at your gym then this program will also be suitable.
