The Advanced and Intermediate programs
The intermediate and advanced programs require access to a full gym whether at home or a commercial gym set up which will include dumbbells, kettlebells, plyometric boxes, cable machines, barbells. Both the intermediate and advanced streams have 3 phases of training with slightly modified programs which will allow you to continue to make progress over a long time by exposing you to slightly different stimulus and movement patterns over each phase.
